Birds' Morning in the Meadow

Birds' Morning in the Meadow is a cycling expedition that leads along the meadows and fields of the vast Wieprz Valley, partly along dirt roads and partly paved along the Green Velo trail. During the trip, there will be a chance to observe, among others: Red -backed Shrike, Corn Bunting, Yellowhammer. At this time of year, we guarantee the observation of about 30 species of birds. Each participant will observe birds using a rented pair of binoculars.

The length of the route is approximately 16 km. Stops are planned during the trip.

The start time of the expedition depends on the sunrise.

The duration of the expedition is approximately 3-4 hours.

Start and end of the cycling expedition: Tourist Information Center in Zwierzyniec (parking), ul. Słowackiego 2, 22-470 Zwierzyniec. This point is located at the roundabout on the route from Zamość to Biłgoraj, behind the "Ordynat" Shopping Pavilion.
