Time for a buzzard is a field expedition combined with observing buzzards in Roztocze. Late autumn and winter are the best times for observing and photographing these predatory birds. Observing variably colored buzzards and recognizing them is an incredibly exciting activity. During the expedition, there is a chance to observe a winter guest from Northern Europe - the rough-legged buzzard. At this time of year, we guarantee observations of approximately 25 bird species. Each participant will observe birds using a rented binocular.
Car travel distance is approximately 100 km.
The start time of the expedition depends on the sunrise.
The duration of the expedition is approximately 4-5 hours.
Start and end of the field expedition: Tourist Information Center in Zwierzyniec (parking), ul. Słowackiego 2, 22-470 Zwierzyniec. This point is located near the roundabout on the route from Zamość to Biłgoraj, behind the "Ordynat" Commercial Pavilion.
